CCounselling
Counselling helps you tackle challenges in your life at the moment. Together we look at how you handle and interpret the adversity, helping you find a new way of responding to it and developing your agency so that it is outcome-focussed and authentic to your character.
You could seek counselling for:
~ family or relationship issues,
~ workplace stress or conflict,
~ grief and loss, including fur-babies
~ difficult life transitions or distressing events
Psychotherapy
Going a little deeper, psychotherapy helps you look at longer term personal challenges, enabling you to surface past experiences in a gentle and supportive environment, and re-authoring the narrative to be more positive, affirming and aligned with a healthy identity
You may also be experiencing:
~ excessive worry, anxiety and panic,
~ low mood and depression,
~ neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism
~ poor self esteem, body image and confidence issues
